Hockey talent needs to be supported by complete conditioning program. The Ray Friel Complex is available to assist you in your team or individual development. Be part of the most exciting hockey league in Ottawa! This league promises to be unlike any other recreational hockey league in Ottawa. Winter Season registration includes: Minimum of 22 fully officiated games (possible 25), All-Star Game and Skills Competition, official R.F.H.L. T-Shirts for all players, 1 set of RBK/CCM gloves for each team, MVP awards, CARHA welcome gifts, plus each player on every divisional winning team will have their name engraved in the Ray Friel Cup!
