Aquafit ClassesEnjoy our warm water 84 degree pool. The warmer water makes it ideal for arthritics, seniors and those who tend to get cold fast. Classes are 45 minutes. Clients should note that there may be other programs in the pool at the same time as your class.Hot tub and sauna are sometimes available post -class.

For your reference, we are considered a Class "A" facility.

Pool RulesPool Rules:
1. All children age 8 and under are not permitted into the pool and surrounding areas without the supervision of an adult. The adult must remain at all times within arm's reach from the child.
2. No person having a communicable disease or open sores on his or her body shall enter the pool.
3. No person shall bring a glass container on to the deck or into the pool. Food and drinks are permitted only in the café area.
4. No person shall pollute the pool in any manner.
5. No person shall engage in boisterous play in or about the pool.
6. Footwear is not permitted on pool deck or in the café area.
7. All spectators must remain 1.8 meters (six feet) from the edge of the pool.
8. All bathers must take a shower with warm water and soap before entering the pool.
9. Diving is only permitted off the diving board when the waves are off.
10. All those under the age of 16 are not permitted in the hot tub or sauna without adult supervision.
11. It is not permitted to block the hole on top of the red rock or to climb or stand on top of it.
12. No running on pool deck.
13. Please respect what the lifeguards tell you. If you hear three whistle blasts please exit the pool immediately.

Children 8 years & younger must be accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older who can actively supervise the child in the water.
